I learnt this a little while ago and started applying it to my own training and work routine which really helped.

& when you apply it consistency and easiness go up!

Its this:

You should set yourself up for a bad day, not a good day

That is to say, when you set yourself up with a perfect training plan & a perfect week of work, its bound to go wrong.

Instead, your plan should consider a bad day, a bad week & things going wrong.

When you’ve done that, its very difficult to fail!

Good weeks become super easy & bad weeks are already accounted for!

Now apply that to the holiday period.

You’re busy, tired, lots to do, the weathers crap… its not an ideal time!

But the people who have had a coach consider all of this in their training get 2 possible outcomes.

  1. They're still able to do everything theyre supposed to

or

  1. They actually even crave more!

As a coach, I know you’ve won the game when that happens!

So heres a couple of tips to help; but if you want to do this properly, now is the best time to book in for a Free Intro Chat because if you're thinking of getting started in the new year, its likely the few available spaces we have will already be taken!

At least book in now and start the process rolling!

  1. Keep moving most days

All movement counts, and its all good for you!

Movement helps mood, energy, health & fitness - simple as.

  1. Protein in most meals

Do your best.

It helps with energy balance, satiety, recovery, reducing mindless grazing and the stuff that can make you feel rubbish.

  1. Touch training a couple of times a week

Remind yourself that training is part of your life.

That alone makes Jan feel ten times easier.

Thats it.

Think about the long game.

Tap to book your NSI now & everything i've shared over the last year on these blogs, i'

ll share more detail, help you apply it and take your fitness to the next level!
