I’ve recently joined this gym on a trial. I’ve wanted to join for a little while but I was a bit anxious as I’ve not done anything similar. On my first session the owners Seb and Jen showed me round the gym, introduced me to the others doing a session and talked me through different skills/exercises at my pace. It was so rewarding, at first I couldn’t get my head round a specific movement, however, Seb took me through it step by step and by the end of the session I felt like I’d progressed significantly. I was absolutely buzzing. The others in the small group gave me encouragement too, it’s such a nice community.
I then attended one of the weekend Sweat classes which is a larger class. Again everyone was so friendly, supportive and at no point did I feel overwhelmed. At the end some people stayed for a coffee/chat, unfortunately I had to leave as I had a family event, however, Seb messaged me that evening just to see how I found the class which I thought was a really nice touch.
I’d recommend this gym to anybody. The support and guidance is brilliant, I wish I’d joined sooner.
