Hey team.


I want to be up front today.


We’re not for everyone…


Were not a bootcamp

We dont do random circuits

We train smart, we dont just smash you into the ground every training session just to feel ‘worked’.


We do

  • train with intent

  • train for the long game

  • train for life (not instagram)

  • train for performance: Hyrox, Athx, Crossfit, marathons, events etc.



We care about

  • Getting better over time

  • Building strength, skill & resilience

  • Showing up on your worst days

  • Having standards, structure & a strong mindset

  • Being part of something thats actually going somewhere!


Thats the culture here.


And this weekend, were opening the doors for Bring a Buddy Day.


But this isnt about just anyone, or dragging any friend along for a free workout.


Its about the right kind of person.



If you, or someone you know:

  • Keeps saying “I really want to get fitter”

  • Hates normal gyms

  • Knows bootcamps are basic

  • Is sick of starting and stopping

  • Wants structure, not chaos

  • Would thrive in a supportive but serious environment


… come along / bring them with you this weekend.



Right now we’ve got:

A new training block starting Feb 9

People prepping for ATHX, Hyrox and Rainhills Crossfit comp

Game day in March

Big upgrades planned for the gym

A strong culture and identity being built


Were moving forwards.

Its a good time for the right people to step in.


No sales stuff, no pressure.

Just come, get some quality training, and see what were about!
